Very thought provoking review - must get a copy of the book. On topic in that I am seriously thinking about how I might reorg my eating habits and those of my family to be more healthy for us and more sustainable for the planet.
Does every new parent go through this?
While I was annoyed by the self-righteous tone of JSF's Eating Animals, much of his work did resonate for me in that book...
